Shipping & Returns Information

Shipping:

Shipping is now available worldwide in 6 different zones on a trial basis.

Please allow between 5-7 working days for your order to arrive in the UK. P&P costs depend on the weight of the parcel and starts at £3.50.

For countries outside of the UK, please allow between 14-30 days.

Collection is available for free from Groby, Leicester LE6 0YY please email bavsbazaar@outlook.com to arrange collection.

If more than 15 working days have passed (for UK orders) or more than 30 days for worldwide orders, please email us at bavsbazaar@outlook.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

International Orders:

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any tax or customs charges as per your country’s regulations.

Returns for UK mainland:

Our policy is 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for a partial refund. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your item.

To return your product, you need to email us at: bavsbazaar@outlook.com and include the order number and name of the item you are returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you collected your item, you must come and return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns for non UK mainland:

Unfortunately we do not offer returns for orders outside UK mainland.

Non-returnable items: All items in the sale are final and non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bavsbazaar@outlook.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
